HOW WE HELP
We provide support and advice to those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or inadequately housed.
Housing Options
Our experienced support workers can arrange a one to one appointment at our office. Here you can discuss your housing options and develop a plan together to help you secure safe, affordable accommodation.
Financial Support
Our team can help you navigate benefits and manage debts early, reducing the risk of homelessness and strengthening your financial stability.
Mental Health Support
We have a trained mental health worker on our team. Our support workers can signpost clients who would benefit from additional support. Helping clients to link with services across Bucks that offer advice, guidance and support for your unique wellbeing needs.
Physical Health Support
- Help to sign up to a GP
- Assistance with travel to health appointments
- Referrals to homeless health clinic
- Assistance to access medical records
Advocacy
We are excited to be working alongside Wycombe Homeless Connection and offering an in-house Housing Legal Clinic in Aylesbury. This will offer advice on housing matters that may lead to homelessness.
Emergency Provisions
We have a limited amount of emergency supplies of clothes, toiletries, food and sleeping bags for those in an immediate crisis.
These are available to clients who are engaging with our support services.
We can issue food bank vouchers for the local food banks.
