WHAT WE DO

We provide support and advice to those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or inadequately housed.

Drop Ins

Our drop in sessions are where we meet most of our clients for the first time.  You are welcome to chat to one of our support workers and get some free, confidential advice.  No need to make an appointment.  We can help with:

  • Housing advice
  • Signposting to other agencies where appropriate
  • Access to Foodbank (Wednesdays only)

Housing Options

Our experienced support workers can arrange a one to one appointment at our office.  Here you can discuss your housing options and develop a plan together to help you secure safe, affordable accommodation.

Find Out What We Offer…

Benefits Support

We offer a weekly benefits surgery where clients can access specific advice and support with Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payments and debts.  This is an appointment-only service.

Mental Health Support

We offer access to a trained mental health worker one day a week.  Our support workers can signpost clients that they feel would benefit from some support in this area.

Advocacy

We are excited to be working alongside Wycombe Homeless Connection and Hillingdon Law Centre to pilot a Housing Legal Clinic in Aylesbury.  This will offer advice on housing matters that may lead to homelessness.

Emergency Provisions

We have a limited amount of emergency supplies for those in an immediate crisis.  These are available to clients who are engaging with our support services.

Food Bank

At our Wednesday drop in we also operate a foodbank in partnership with the Trussell Trust.
