PLAN YOUR EVENT

Sign Up & Pick a Date

Head to our registration page to sign up. Once you’ve registered, choose a date that works for you and your participants

Choose Your Sleepout Location

Some ideas include:
At Home: Sleep in your living room or back garden

With Friends or Colleagues: Turn your office into a sleepout space, or have a sleepover with friends or family

Youth Groups: Scouts, Guides, or other groups can sleep under the stars at a campsite, or turn your meeting hall into a glowing sleepout with glowsticks!

The location is up to you!
Wherever you choose, make it a night to remember. And don’t forget to think about what you might want to bring for entertainment.

– Keep a register of everyone attending and their emergency contacts
– Make sure you have parental permission for any participants under 18
– Carry out a risk assessment to minimise any hazards (e.g., fire safety.
– Ensure there’s a trained first-aider if necessary
– If you’re part of a youth or community group, make sure to follow your organisation’s specific rules
